ARM's communication has been top notch since Day 1....I was impressed thoroughly with the answers to my questions and the time spent by Lauren B with me. She then connected me with Blake M, who has been exceptional in communication during the process of securing a tenant...
Second, rent projections were accurate and not inflated in order to secure my business. Blake M gave me a projection of possible rents a month before I even entered into a contract to purchase a property. A tenant was just selected now- and the monthly rent is exactly within the range that Blake had provided to me!
Third, the fact they were working in my best interest was clear during this process. Just randomly because of our closing timeline, the walkthrough with the Builder was scheduled for the day after Christmas! I really needed ARM to be there, and Blake M never hesitated to do so, even though it was in the throes of the holidays.
Lastly, their Owner Portal is clear with information and easy to navigate.
